I am rejecting this response because:i have not been E-mailed a return shipping label yet and as I said earlier, how long is the repair going to take this time? It took 1/months last timeAlso, this is the most responses I have ever got from them now that I filed a complaint as a last resortWhy no return phone calls or E-mails over the last few months? Maybe all of this could have been avoided

I received an email from *** last week saying the repairs have been done and she was testing it out I received the player in the mail today and it is working fine now On the issue of a refund for the repairs that I felt were due to me as a result of their own negligence during the initial battery replacement and the shipping costs incurred to return the player to them twice, no offer has been made and I have not pursued the matter I have the player back, it is working fine and after opening the initial complaint there has been communication from them That was a major point I want this over with so please update the status of the complaint to "resolved'Thank you for your time and and attention to this *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I would prefer not to call it resolved at this point, due to the fact that I have sent it back to them once again for repair--this time they said I would not be charged for the repair I don't feel that I should have been charged for the first repair as I am confident that the malfunction was due to their improper battery replacement Initially I was quite pleased just to be getting communication from them as that was the larger part of the complaint and the player was returned to me, but seriously for the amount of money spent--it should be in working condition According to UPS, they received the player on Tuesday and so far I have not received any confirmation from them.

We cannot EVER put a time frame on repair jobsElectronics are not always a matter of pop a part in and call it a dayWe receive over 30- broken devices DAILYYour Zune is still not working with new LCD's put inYour card has not been charged for anythingIf you would like to give us the time we need to properly diagnose and repair your Zune, we willIf not, we will return it, on us, in the original condition if the time frame to repair your music device is not meeting your needs

I have personally spoken with Mr. [redacted] multiple times within the past couple of weeks and explained what happened and he still wanted to get repairs done so we repaired his iPod immediately and shipped it out 2 days later and is due for delivery via FedEx by 10/31. I am rejecting this response because:Greetings I  opened a complaint regarding Optimistic Enterprises and they responded  that the work would be done on Jan 15.  It is now Jan 23 and I have not heard  from them,  nor received the item.

 Complaint has been resolved.  I left a phone message again on Jan.13 and the next day received and email from [redacted]...

saying the technician had been working on it and they should know by the end of the day.  I sent several emails after that and finally on Jan.19 I received an email from [redacted] saying that the repair was complete and I I should receive it the following Wednesday.  It came today and seems to be working fine so far.
