I have personally spoken with Mr [redacted] multiple times within the past couple of weeks and explained what happened and he still wanted to get repairs done so we repaired his iPod immediately and shipped it out days later and is due for delivery via FedEx by 10/Mr [redacted] replied with his thanks so I am sorry he felt like he had to file a complaint

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Complaint has been resolved I left a phone message again on Janand the next day received and email from [redacted] saying the technician had been working on it and they should know by the end of the day I sent several emails after that and finally on JanI received an email from [redacted] saying that the repair was complete and I I should receive it the following Wednesday It came today and seems to be working fine so far Regards, [redacted]
