I tried to contact *** - left another message I also emailed her pictures of bed mattress motor and control panel I did not speak to *** (other than message) A couple weeks ago the correct owners manual arrived My issue is resolved however I do hope that Optimistic *** reevaluate their business practices I asked for this info repeatedly for 1/years All of my multiple calls were unanswered This bed has a motorized air mattress I had no idea that their was a filter that needs to be cleaned as well as several other use and care procedures You should not have to go such lengths to get basic customer service Thank you for your help in this matter

Good Morning,I have been trying to contact your agency via the phone but unfortunately we have been playing phone tag.My name is *** Howard and I am the office manager for Optimistic Medical and I personally went to the clients homeOur technician successfully installed the new remote to the
bedThe part was on back order with our manufacture this was part of the delayAlso I was under the impression that the technician left all of the paper work regarding the equipment I am working on getting a replacement warranty guide from the manufacture at this time. Thank You

It is apparent that the Consumer did not receive the information that was supposedly mailed to her, and we do sincerely apologise for thatThe Consumer has been very patient as I can tell and we *** do whatever it takes to win back Consumer's trust and confidenceFor starters, we are offering the Consumer free of charge on the part, bed controller, that was recently replaced on 07/21/The warranty for that part is one year, as could be found on page 16-of the Owner's Manual under Maintenance and Safety ChecksThe Manual and other documents is being sent and must be received by Consumer on or before 08/10/2016.Again, we regret this incident and must do everything we can going forward to ensure it does not repeat itself.Sincerely,*** *** *** ***CEO

Please give the business a call at [redacted] and ask for [redacted]. The manufacturer is asking what type she has, the exact item number so we can bring the manual for that one.

[redacted], the technician, came to our home and deducted the remote needed to be replaced.  I told him about some other concerns I was having with the cycle function and noise on the motor of the air mattress system.  I reminded him that I needed paperwork on the bed.  He said he [redacted] have a new remote ordered, could take 1-5 business days, I requested a rush.  Over a week later I again called Optimistic.   [redacted] came to our house to take the serial number off bed / something they needed to order correct remote.  No remote had been ordered!!! (As my paraphlegic husband was nearing the two week mark sleeping in his wheelchair.). [redacted] told me not to worry as the remote was available locally.  I reminded [redacted] of my missing paperwork and expressed my frustrations with her company.  I called optimistic a couple days later to inquire about update.  [redacted], the technician called back.  I reminded him that I still need a copy of the papers that I signed when bed was delivered 1 1/2 years ago, I need warrantee, owners manual etc. (When I asked on day of delivery I was told it would be sent.  Despite several requests these documents have never been delivered as promised).  [redacted] was in the background stating that the paperwork was locked in a colleagues office.  When [redacted] the technician came to my house to install remote I asked about the paperwork and reminded him that I concerns regarding motor sounds.  He said, once again, that the paper work was locked in a colleagues office and it would be sent.  A couple weeks later I am still waiting for documents in this extremely expensive bed.
