I see that this case was regarding a refund requestI actually see that a refund request was made after the customers account was automatically renewedWithin hours of receiving the request, our team processed the refund and notified the
customerI have confirmed in our account software that the refund request was indeed made and processed by our support team and that the customer was indeed notifiedIt is possible that the customer has filters in their email that caused them not to see our response or that it was just overlookedI am happy to reach out to the customer to confirm and clarify
