Also, Mr [redacted] stated that for the convenience of the client, the original folder with all tax forms and supporting documentation can be deliver to the taxpayer primary residence by USPS Priority Mail, not NextDay Express Mail as stated by Ms. [redacted]. Taxpayer agreed stating that she wants to get over filing her return due to multiple things going on at that particular date. The additional documentation was sent by the client on the same date after hours. Mr [redacted] was able to review and complete the return on 02/25/2016, same date the return was sent via secure RightSignature requesting e-signature from client. Document was reviewed by Ms. [redacted] on 02/25/2016, 11:47PM per audit tracking reported to our firm and signatures were executed and delivered by Ms. [redacted] on Friday 02/26/2016, 8:40PM. At that time, our office is legally authorized by the taxpayer to proceed filing the return with the [redacted] and the [redacted] On 02/27/2016, the [redacted] accepted the return, with Submission ID [redacted]. Finally, original green folder with the originals taxpayer forms were sent via [redacted] Priority Mail on 03/03/2016, Tracking No. [redacted]Due to the heavy volume of calls and email message during the high peak of tax season, our office does not guarantee any type of timeframe to complete and return calls. Optimo Financial Services Inc is managed and operated by [redacted] and [redacted] and at all time, all our long term clients are advised about our limited scheduling and availability of services.
