that was not better than where they were before starting the process which allegedly occurred on the date 06/19/2015 and the problem aroused on 09/15/2015. The homeowners did receive a standard Law Firm Homeowner Attorney-Retainer Agreement in which it states the legal fee for representation of the services rendered to the homeowner and what the services consisted of Optimum Advocacy Center was able to obtain a loan modification approval from their lender clearing them of any delinquency fees and providing them the opportunity to start fresh and pick up from where they left off. Upon the homeowners receiving the modification documentation demonstrates that services were rendered and fulfilled on our behalf. If the homeowners were not satisfied with what was provided to them by the lender then any type of dispute would need to be submitted appropriately and in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association for complex litigation. The Revdex.com is not a dispute party assigned per contract; therefore their interference with this matter is not welcomed or valid.
