I highly recommend OptimumNor is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughI was convinced my year old A/C needed to be replaced since it was the second time in a month it failedNor thought otherwise and he was rightAfter spending some time on the phone doing some troubleshooting and taking a step by step process eliminating potential problems he narrowed the problem down to a capacitor that I just replaced the previous monthI had the new capacitor tested and it was deadI replaced it and the A/C unit was back up and running He took the time and explained why he thought my compressor wan't the problem and since my A/C had been off line for three days he explained the proper way to re-cool the house so the unit wouldn't be running for hours at a timeHe explained how the thermostat works and the potential problems with having an older thermostatSo not only did I get my A/C fixed I got an education on how these things workWhen it does come time to replace the A/C Optimum is getting my business

About years ago I called another company to diagnose my broken AC unit and they told me the compressor was toast and a whole new unit was needed I remembered that *** did AC so I called him for a second opinion Turns out it was a bad capacitor and *** had me up and running quickly and inexpensively I won't call anyone else He's done new installs at my moms, my in laws, my dads, and about a month ago at my house
We discussed the odds of my existing year old system lasting the hot tucson summer and decided to be proactive instead of reactive *** shows up on time, his quote is precise (no add-ons or unexpected overages), the work he does is immaculate and you can tell he takes pride in his work He leaves the job site clean

Just this morning I contacted *** because the older bedroom unit was having issues He had a busy day ahead (It's mid summer here) but said he could squeeze me in Imagine how relieved I was when he showed up hours later, had the correct diagnosis AND the parts Bedroom is nice and cool again and we won't have to be uncomfortable tonight Once again, *** never lets me down!!
