We will not be refunding anything. If the debtor was caused stress due to tight timelines for resolving her debt then she should have properly dealt with the matter the 3.5 years she had before it was sent to collections.

How do I find out if they have removed the complaint from my credit record? Are they going to look at the timelines they use for sending out letters so that they don't overlap?
