Review: [redacted], which is the person that was in charge to do my business tax, mess me up with the IRS, he filed my business tax late and made his own decision regarding my business without my consent. I have been trying to get my files copy from him he refused to provide them to me claiming he did them online and doesnt have copies.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

In my 20 years in business I have never had a complaint regarding my services. I also never had an issue with the Internal Revenue Service. First of all [redacted]’ business taxes were filed on time with the IRS. The business opened before November 2009, in which he came to see me 9 months after his business was operating. Secondly, in reviewing his paperwork, [redacted] was not registered to pay [redacted] State Sales Tax. I applied for him and he was approved in early 2010, prior to his approval he was 3 quarters behind in paying ** Sales tax. I always gave him a copy of his sales tax upon completion, as I do with my other business clients. I recall reaching out to [redacted] on the telephone, but he never responded or returned my phone calls. He has no issues with the Internal Revenue Service, the only issue he has, is his outstanding balance with ** State for failure to register his ** sales tax in time. I value my clients and my reputation as a business owner, and [redacted] comments are inaccurate. I would like the statement to please be removed by the Revdex.com.
