The borrower didn't qualify, we don't guarantee loan approval nor are we the bankAll loans go through loan processing in order to qualify and part of that process is getting an appraisalWe do offer to reimburse customers "when we fund their loans"In this case after submission and underwritting the outcome by the lender was that he didn't qualify

This issue has already been resolved and we have explained everything to ***The 1st credit inquiry can not be removed because she gave us permission to run it in order to qualify for her loan (which we were clear to close on the exact agreed upon terms and notified *** of such)The 2nd

I disagreeThis is not resolvedI want a response from the company and it should effect their Revdex.com ratings. The company did a classic bait and switch regarding their mortgage rate and closing costs and this occurred after they took my application and after they had run my credit reportThey
advertise very low rates as way to get customers on the phone but they dont keep these rates during the application processIn my case the company said the rate advertised was not available for Condo'sIn my very first conversation, multiple conversations there after and in the application itself I stated the house to be refinanced was a condoThey send me good faith estimates and changed it at the last minute after running my credit reportThis is advertising, misleading, and a waste of my time filling out the application, and adversely effected my credit rating, having the report run. One option for them to resolve this would be to clearly state on *** that the rate is not for condo'sIf they cant make that change or offer anything to compensate for hours of my wasted time I believe their rating should be negatively effected due to their decietful and dishonest business practices. This is not resolved, and I will lose faith in Revdex.com if you claim that it is. Thanks, ***

The business said they would reimburse the questioned amount when the loan closed. What they fail to mention is that they terminated my loan without my consent or authorization because they couldn't secure the agreed upon loan/rate/terms.

[redacted] is a lead generation company that we do not own, we simply buy leads from them. We are aware that they quote rates on their website for SFR's and not condos. This is their system not ours. When we receive the lead from [redacted] we give a full and accurate quote to our potential clients. At no time did we bait and switch this customer we simply gave him a quote based on what information he provided us. Interest rates and fees can change multiple times a day, these rates and fees are not guaranteed until a client chooses to lock in a quote which we've sent him in writing.

[redacted]: We only reimburse customers appraisals when we fund loans, the customer signed a credit card authorization form which authorizes a 3rd party company to charge his credit card between $300 - $700 for the completion of his appraisal. There is always a risk when trying to...

complete a refinance, we must have an appraisal completed in order to get a condo association approved.
