Ms [redacted] On October 02, we received a letter from the Revdex.com in reference to a complaint that you had filed, ID [redacted] You state that we are trying to charge you for two months on late fees as well as charging you for someone else’s billYou also indicated that you want your rent changed back to what it was.I can assure you that the management company that you claim is new, is the same management company and Landlord that rented your home to you almost three years ago on February 11, 2013, when you originally leased from us Lot ***The rent that you agreed to pay in your signed Lease is the same amount that you are still required to payNothing has changed.Your accusations that we are over-charging you is incorrectLate fees for two months would be $for each monthThe outstanding balance that you owed was $and that was for your Water utility billAs you, and a man, came to my office on September to ask us about the balance and pay your rent, we obliged your request to allow you to pay half of that outstanding amount of $as we would write off the remaining $This was a satisfactory arrangement to you at that time.The way you can resolve this matter: If you would please follow up with the Revdex.com and revoke this complaint, it would be appreciatedThe Lease term that you are currently under expires on 10/14/If you do not like your current arrangements, you are welcome to give us your 30-day written notice and find somewhere else to live.If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at my office[redacted] General Manager

The rent that you agreed to pay in your signed Lease is the same amount that you are still required to pay. Nothing has changed.Your accusations that we are over-charging you is incorrect. Late fees for two months would be $50.00 for each month. The outstanding balance that you owed was $54.48 and that was for your Water utility bill. As you, and a man, came to my office on September 28 to ask us about the balance and pay your rent, we obliged your request to allow you to pay half of that outstanding amount of $27.24 as we would write off the remaining $27.24. This was a satisfactory arrangement to you at that time.The way you can resolve this matter: If you would please follow up with the Revdex.com and revoke this complaint, it would be appreciated. The Lease term that you are currently under expires on 10/14/2015. If you do not like your current arrangements, you are welcome to give us your 30-day written notice and find somewhere else to live.If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at my office.[redacted]General Manager
