Hello I am notifying you about paying for a product and not receiving it. I attended the Women's Only Expo at the Convention Center in Erie on October 5, 2013 where I made a purchase from a sales representative for Optimum Products. My mother an I placed an order together, which I paid for at the Expo. We brought two duvets, 1 set of bed sheets and 2 sets of grey pillow cases (4 pillow cases total). However, the only products in the color and size we needed was the bed sheets; she was to ship us the duvets and pillow cases. I paid her via debit card and the money was taken out of my account, totaling $148.40. On November 1st, my mother emailed her regarding not having our products yet. The sales rep. emailed my mother back stating she had my email wrong and has been trying to get ahold of us, because she did not have the color duvet my mom wanted. My mother returned an email and gave her my correct email and chose another color. By November 18th, mom mother received both duvets we had ordered, but not the 2 sets of pillow cases (grey). Therefore, my mother sent her another email letting her know we were still missing the pillow cases. My mom included our receipt. She has not returned my mothers email since. I have made several phone calls to her as well as left her voicemails about not receiving the product, but have not been called back. I have also called the convention center about the issue, but have not gotten anywhere on the matter. I do have the emails with the sales rep saved.Overall I am very frustrated that I paid for a product and have not received it. I do not believe I should have to beg for something I paid for months ago. I have been more than understanding about problems along the way and given her enough time to ship my full oder. I have also given her several opportunities to fix this issue and she has not taken them. I would have liked to have fixed this issue with her, but she has not returned phone calls emails, which is why I am notifying you; I would appreciate your helpProduct_Or_Service: Pillow CasesDesired SettlementOptimally, I would like the 4 grey pillow cases I ordered and paid for. However if this request in unattainable due to lack of supplies or what not, I would like a refund on the product I did not receive.

My card was charged and I was given a tracking number through USPS. I was told I could expect the order by the end of the week. It is almost a month later- no package. The tracking info says a label was printed, but never brought to any Post Office. I have called and emailed, and have not [redacted]en a call or email back. At this point, I am out $150 and STILL NO PACKAGE.Desired SettlementI would like my [redacted] back.
