this is a family member of a friend of mine ,this lady I put a condenser in for cost why? because the same lady had a condenser she was having problems with, it was over heating do to bad motor so I changed motor and cleaned condenser thoroughly with chemicals (it was so bad) so I changed motor out so within a week she called said it was`t working so I went there and determined the condenser is so bad that there is little to no air flow across it so because this is a family member to a friend so I said this to her exact words( you know that [redacted] gets me a lot of work, you pay me dollars and i`ll put a brand new condenser in for you for cost of condenser 650.00) so she agreed to it so I straightened it out for her.right now I made nothing off this job at all.she calls me up years later for a service call on saturday charge her 99.00? drain cleaningand condenser washbecause she did not wash itmonday comes along she calls says its doing the same thing so I know what I have to do so I picked up part and had it installed set bill for another service fee yes and a job to wire up it did not take min riot took about a hour so I get a call from employee she doesn`t want to pay and I'm listening to her the back ground calling me a thief rip off artist and I told him to give her the phone this is what I said to here word for word( [redacted] you think i`m ripping you off are you kidding me I put a condenser in for cost I did`t charge you anything at all for labor you know what keep your money , and lose my number I don`t need customers like you that want to rip me off good day.)so my determination on her is she is the their ,she takes advantage of contractors or nice peopleobviously she is notshe never paid a dime her check was ripped upwhat cash????thank yousincerely [redacted]

He's a liar he ripped me off when he put the condenser when you replace the repot before he told me the condenser was no good then he replace the condenser in charge me $when I had no air conditioning this year I called cuz I thought it was the condenser when he came they did not fix the problem he did other things that did not need to be done I hose off my conditionMy condenser every week when I cut the grass the pipe was draining just fine so he took advantage of me by charging me $for nothing figure and he not knowing he had to come back because that pot eventually was going to go and it only lasted like six hours I told him I wasn't going to pay for the for the service call I would pay for the part I didn't think it was fair I would have paid for the pot not another service call sorry you taking advantage of me was there on Saturday I called you saturday night and he told me somebody would be there Monday the hottest weekend of the of the summer so I waited.If someone could please call me back I can explain it to them better in person than trying to put this through email call at *** *** *** Thank You
