where she states that she has had endless problems with her continuous positive airway device and her mask fit problems. I realize her frustration and am sorry she has had to endure them. Several clinical notes were made by the nurses and therapists representing her various visits with their attempts to resolve her problems. Every visit was taken seriously in an attempt to resolve the problem that was defined by the patient. Attempts were repeated to fit the patient with the proper sized mask.In addition her continuous positive airway device (the entire machine) was exchanged with a new device during one of her visits. During October 2015 the patient complained of water being sprayed out from the machine. She was advised to turn down the heat setting on her humidifier. The water was from Condensation from the humidifier. I believe that the problem was resolved.On November 6, 2015 the patient came into our office aand was refitted with another mask. This mask was the same model of mask that she had had when she was first introduced to Continuous positive airway therapy. She seemed satisfied with the mask as she left from the office. We will continue to service the patient and her future needs and we will attempt to resolve any issues that she mayencounter.Respectfully,Michael D. M[redacted]Executive Director

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The only problem that I'm still having is that the mask that I received the last time I was in (that I had to purchase) is also making a huge noise and I can't use it. I don't know if it is defective,, but when I push the hard plastic connector between the mask and the tubing, the noise goes away. Is this something that can be resolved? I will go back to the Res-med wide mask for now.
