I have refused the shipment of the new item since I fear that it would have the same issues as the original and then I would be back in the same boat again. UPS was told NOT to deliver it as it was being refused. I was evicted from my home last Wednesday and therefore I can't and won't accept anything that may have the same faults.

[Optimus Enterprises needs to conduct an investigation into the problems associated with their product (model # H-5232), and find a way to rectify the issues associated with said product (model # H-5232).  It is not fair to the American public when a company causes consumers to waste their hard-earned money by continually manufacturing defective products... and acts as though it cares nothing about the quality of its products!]

Thank you for your submission on our product.We carry a one-year warranty on our products.  Within one year, we can repair or replace the unit free of charge as long as the unit is sent back to us.  Within the retailer's return period of 30 days, the customer should return to the retailer...

for a full refund or exchange.The item was purchased on 10/9/14, the phone call was made on 10/24/14, which is within the 30 days.  If she had called us, we would have instructed her to contact her retailer to return the unit or exchange it.We do not have the product here, customer states that she sent the product back to us.  It has not been received as of today, 12/2/14.If the customer would like to send the unit back to us, we can repair or replace the unit, free of charge.Our warranty information in the user manual is attached for your reference.Thank you,[redacted]Accounts Manager

Purchased Warm air humidifier Model U-32000 in Dec of 2017, Refill light doesn't turn off, So unit won't restart. Only worked for one month. Very disappointed in this product.

Review: Portable heater returned after a safety recall. After numerous communications, heater was never replaced and return shipping cost was never refunded as promised.Desired Settlement: Heater replacement and shipping cost refund.

Review: I have purchased two (2) of your heaters this year and neither one is working. I swore when I purchased the first one I would never buy your product again, I failed to read who manufactured the heater when I purchased it. I have heaters from Sunbean & Lasko that I've had for several years and they still work. I will never recommend or buy another product that carries the name Optimus, furthermore I'm considering contacting the Revdex.com. This is ridiculous two of your products that failed to work in a year. Optimus Convection and Radiant Heater Model H-5301, Optimus Oscillating Fan Heater with Digital Touch Screen Control H-1410. Heaters fail to work, run for a couple of days and now fail to come on. This was sent to the Optimus Company on October 24, 2014 and have not received the courtesy of a reply.Desired Settlement: Return both heaters free of charge and received replacement heaters.

Review: Per instructions from the service department of this company, I return my Optimus heat dish to their facility, paid $21.00 for shipping cost, and never received the unit back.

I've attempted to contact the company by phone and email and have gotten no results. the phone line is unoperatable. It discconects after a long pause of static noise. Also, there has been no retiurn of emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the unit back repaired to my satisifaction or receive the 20.50 for shipping costs of the broken unit.

Review: I purchased a tower fan model F-8501. It completely stopped working within 2.5 weeks of purchase. I returned it thru the company I bought from & purchased ANOTHER fan. Same model was purchased, Again failed within 3 weeks. Repeated the return process as already mentioned. I then purchased ANOTHER fan same model. Failed again after 2 months. I called Optimus, was told how to return to the fan, what to include, etc.. It is also on their website.

I returned the defective fan thru USPS on February 12 2015, with my reciepts, a check for $15 for shipping to me and

my info.

Today November 6 2015 I still have no fan, no refund. I never heard from the company.

So I called them on 10/28/15, company stated I needed to email them the proof of postage & fan Model #.

I did email them the info requested on 10/29/15 . It has been 9 days and have no correspondence from them still.Desired Settlement: At least make contact with consumers regarding anything. Either a call, email or letter concerning buyer issues.

Or acknowledge that consumers have tried to make some sort of contact.
