Thank you for your submission on our product.We carry a one-year warranty on our products Within one year, we can repair or replace the unit free of charge as long as the unit is sent back to us Within the retailer's return period of days, the customer should return to the retailer for a full refund or exchange.The item was purchased on 10/9/14, the phone call was made on 10/24/14, which is within the days If she had called us, we would have instructed her to contact her retailer to return the unit or exchange it.We do not have the product here, customer states that she sent the product back to us It has not been received as of today, 12/2/14.If the customer would like to send the unit back to us, we can repair or replace the unit, free of charge.Our warranty information in the user manual is attached for your reference.Thank you, [redacted] ***Accounts Manager
