Had a four hour window for a playset installation No one ever showed up or called to reschedule

So many promises, says give me 60 minutes or I'll call you right back. Then after me having to be an[redacted] he returned my text/call so Always someone else's fault never his. Only positive experience is when he got a business man from[redacted] to get things hopefully rolling. Anyone need proof? I have all the emails and texts to back this up. 4 Cancellations.

2 were supposedly for a family emergency at different times.
1 was for a snow storm which did happen.
1 was per the tech saying his helper was sick.

My wife/I had to request time to take off.
These are the facts, not an opinion.

They did offer to try to get another tech that day and after I said no, they then offered $75 off. This was a nice gesture, but we chose another company that could come right out and do what we wanted and we were confident they'd show up.
