We purchased a playset and there were multiple pieces in the wrong color. Despite multiple attempts it has not been corrected by the company.
We purchased the Congo Mokey #1 Playset in blue and white on 11/14/2019 for $2299 and paid for installation and delivery for a grand total of $2959.93. We had the set installed around 12/27 and multiple pieces were in the wrong color (green) and did have damage to a few of the boards. These wrong-colored pieces included the rock wall and several hardware pieces. We contacted the company the day of and they assured us they were aware and were ordering the correct parts and would contact us to have them installed when they came in. Since that time, 6 months ago, myself and my husband have contacted the company no less than 20 times leaving multiple messages without having messages returned or the worker saying "they are looking into it." Having spent nearly $3,000 for this, we are very frustrated and just want this to be corrected. We did tell them we would be contacting the Revdex.com if we did not hear back from them over 48 hours ago.

Desired Outcome

We would like one of three options to occur: 1. Replace the wrong colored parts with the correct color as well as replace the damaged boards on the play set. 2. Provide a partial refund of at least the $500 installation cost. 3. Upgrade a part of the play set such as additional accessories or upgraded slide at least a $500 value.

We have been in touch with the customer on this matter.We are aware that items needed to be replaced in the correct color for the customer. We have been diligently working to get answers from the manufacturer on this. The manufacturer has sent out information to us that they have been closed down for the past 6 months most recently due to the pandemic. They have now opened up and will begin manufacturing once again and have assured us they will be getting this product to us just as quickly as they can. Once the product arrives we will be replacing them on the customers set.

Absolutely horrible! Do not deal with this company! They tried cancelling the install they had scheduled, however, they found another team to do the install. Long story short, they got less than 1/4 of the way through the install and stopped showing up. Supposedly their "engine blew". Had to call the company three days in a row myself. No regard for customer service, or checking-in and giving an update. The best they could do was send someone out a full week from now. Currently the swing set parts and pieces are spread out all over the back yard.

Made a final call this morning and they could not have been more rude. Will be filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. DO NOT USE!

We purchased a Springfree trampoline and basketball hoop in April 2018. In June 2018 there was an issue with the basketball hoop not staying upright. We called and were told it was under warranty and someone would come out and look at it. In early July 2018 a repairman came out and said there was a part that needed to be ordered and as soon as it came in, they would be back to repair. I heard nothing back and I have since called approximately ten times between mid-July and late August asking when it would be repaired, I have not received one return phone call or any information. When I have been able to reach someone live (Iris or Keisha), they have often had differing stories (part needs to be ordered, part has been ordered, the service guy left, Felix needs to order, etc.) and tell me that someone will call me back (which never happens). I have left several voicemails with specific requests for Felix to return my call with still no return call, update or repair. So disappointed to have spent $2,700 and I am unable to get a return phone call or a repair done on equipment that is still under warranty.

Hello Jon, it was nice speaking with you. As we discussed I will replace the unit missing parts this coming Tuesday 9/11/18 between 8-11am with a brand new hoop. Again I am sincerely sorry for the delay and I can assure you I received no messages to call you from my staff. I will be addressing this communications failure with both Kisha and Iris ASAP! Do NOT use this company. Very unprofessional and unconcerned about their customers. I called several days in a row just attempting to set up a date to get a play set installed and was told they would call me when they got in touch with their tech. Never heard anything. According to their email to me the structure should be built typically in 3-5 business days from receiving, not sure how that will ever happen since they can't even get a hold of the tech. Again do not use this company unless you have unlimited time to get your Playset built.

Victoria, I am sincerely sorry we were not able to schedule your order faster. That said our notes show you contacted us Friday 4/20/18 and informed us you received your Playset. Unfortunately the installer was on a job site and couldn't give us a date on the install. We don't schedule orders over the weekend and our tech was not responsive on Monday 4/23/18. Our notes show that on 4/24/18 you requested to cancel your order. Again I am sincerely sorry and if given the opportunity we would do our best to schedule your order ASAP!

Product missing parts and didn't deliver on time and no one call me back over 2 weeks. Installation team left a big mess and blocked my drive way.
I spent over $4500 for a playset and trampoline to be deliver and installed in my backyard. I paid extra $200 rush delivered but it came late and never received traking #. Finally their installation team reach out to me set up installation but there were parts missing, some of the accessories didn't deliver which I paid extra for them too. Tried to call their company many times, no one knows what's going on and no one ever call me back over 2 weeks. After the installation team finished their job, they left all the boxes and garbage in from of my garage and block my drive way, took me couple days to clean up and have to call the special pick up from sanitation department. I want my money back from the rush fee I paid and my missing part

I want the refund of my $200 rush fee and the ladder of the trampoline, thank you

Your order shipped 3 days after purchased you paid $200 for quick ship which is a guaranteed shipping within 7 days. Quick ship is normally $250, but your order was discounted to $200. The product was white gloved delivered at no additional cost. Meaning you didn't receive curb side delivery, your playset and trampoline were delivered and installed the same day. Further more the trampoline like many others does not come with a ladder it is an item that must be purchased the price is $69.95 plus $29.99 shipping. Lastly it also looks like you were discounted $100 for the install of the trampoline. In review that is $150 in discounts, the product shipped within 3 days, you received free white glove delivery and the ladder was not missing because it was never purchased.
