Optimus Management Group

Review: I worked for a small company that contracted with Optimus Management to provide Payroll checks for the summer. However, my last two payroll check have been returned insufficient funds. The company told me until I returned the checks they would not reissue. It took me 10 days to get the checks back from my back and I returned the copies via certified mail to the East Hartford office. I received confirmation the checks have been received but have not received replacements fund or the fees charged by my bank. I have made phone calls to the Danbury and East Hartford office but my calls have not been returned. I don't understand how a payroll company can bounce a check and require the burden to be on the payee to justify the return and the fees and then be required to wait weeks to receive money owed.Desired Settlement: Require not only the Money owned plus fees but at this point I should receive interest for loss of income and fees taken from my account for their error in book keeping
