Please note the I am extremely sorry that this individual has had problems with communication and results from Option This is not how we normally do business This is the first that I was made aware of this issue Based upon a review of our records, there is nothing documented that this patient contacted us until October 28th If she did contact us, we obviously had a communication breakdown within our process She is due a refund of the $and I would have had delivered it to her by us but the check was mailed on November 18th and I did not receive this notice until November She should have received the check by this date I hope this resolves the situation to her satisfaction.Thank you[redacted] , CFO
