I recently purchased a new vehicle, the company I went through did a pay out cheque snd mailed it to option b, 2 weeks after my purchase a payment for my old car was withdrawn from my account which wasn't suppose to happen. I called and the lady said they did not receive a payout cheque. But it was sent and shown as delivered. I called option b back and the lady said it may have been delivered next door. Without giving me an address or phone number so I can get ahold of the business next door to option b, she proceeds to tell me the payments will still come from my account every 2 weeks until they receive a payout cheque. She needs a tracking number of the cheque, which I cannot get ahold of anyone to find out the tracking number. She will not go to the business or call them to see if a cheque was dropped off 2 weeks ago for me. But instead every 2 weeks I am going to be bill $163 for a car I no longer own, plus $203 for my new vehicle. I wish someone would try and help me out. Atleast give me a number to call the bysiness next door to see if it was delivered there. But instead all I get is snippy remarks and a lady telling me she needs a tracking number....

Desired Outcome

I would like someone to help me find out where this payout cheque got delivered to. And when they get the cheque I would like me 163 dollars back not waiting 4 to 7 weeks to get reimbursed...

Hi there, I am sorry to hear the experience was not as expected. I looked into the account and it seems there was a conversation with a customer service representative on July 10th, indicating that a cheque had been sent. It seems that the cheque was actually received and the account was closed on July 13th. Unfortunately, we do not have control over when we receive cheques to close client accounts and due to COVID-19 there are constantly delays. We cannot stop payments on the account until it is finished being paid and the cheque is applied. I am aware that our customer service representative did inform Ms. that if there was a refund once the account was disposed that we would certainly process that within normal business times. I hope this helps to clarify the issue, please contact us if there are any other concerns.

Bought a truck June payment was suppose to be weeks after took out first week had it, nothing but problems since, repo truck won't give address to where truck is to return belongings and still taking payments out of bank after the fact Won't answer phone calls nor return phone callsNow belongings and work belongings and truck gone plus dollars to my name gone, no way to contact them Contacted police and going to contact lawyer this week, my wallet and personal information car seats tools everything was in the truck

I got an approval for a car financing from option b solutions in through a company called priority car financing at 16% interest as I was a high risk borrower meaning my credit score was low This was the reason I went for a car financing: to build my credit scoreAlmost two years down the line they did not report to the credit bureau and when I called to ask all they told me was I wasn't the only person with the issueThey later sent a 'to whom it may concern letter' that I can use that for whatever I needed to doTill date they have not reported to the credit bureau so I'm still where I'm at two years ago after paying thousands of dollars with nothing to show for itPlease help me solve this problemThank you

As per the multiple emails correspondences, we have agreed to refund the money in 15-20 business days starting Dec. 21st, 2018.

Why should I have to wait!? do you wait for people when they owe you money? *** give me my money

They have sold me *** 2012 high mileage 160000 km and Has severe damage
When I was drive this car I notice engine problem for unsafe to drive
They charge me over balance more than what I expect, however They Caused me headache
Later on they *** me to pay full.

Desired Outcome

I request the resolution That I seeking to end contract and lease Agreement about this case because They dishonour me and misbehaviour me They sold me a road off car Now they still charge $10000 *** 2012 mileage 160000 km. I'm offending them not to charge me any amount.

This particular client missed the third payment of his agreement and subsequently missed every regular scheduled payment before we ultimately repossessed the vehicle.
