Sorry about the delay, I did not receive the first notice
We did sell a used Sierra travel trailer to this customer, and did
deliver it to their campground at no chargeThere was no set up included, delivery only
When I delivered the trailer, the customer was agitated about not being able to park the trailer where he wanted it, At that time I offered him a full refundHe refused and said he could deal with it and wanted to keep the trailerI did not hear any more from him for at least daysIt was apparent, that this trailer did have some issues when he looked at it and decided to purchase, it was discounted accordinglyAs with any RV that is model years old, there is going to be issues and problemsHe bought a very large older trailer for a very fair price, and I did offer him his money backI do not see how I could have been any more fair

When I purchased the rv, the repairs that were promised were not doneMy agitation had little to do with the trailers placementMr T*** claims that I had no contact for days, however I was in constant contact with his employee, our salesperson Gary, who was fully aware of the situationWe never agreed to accept the rv damaged like it wasWe were promised it was fixed properlyI believe Mr T***'s lack of involvement with the situation is not allowing him to be objectiveWe were promised by a representative of Mr T*** and international rv a sound, fully repaired, non leaking coachThey should honor that

Mr *** purchased a year old RV with several issuesHe knows he received a substantial discount for taking it the way it isAgain at the campground while still hooked to the truck I offered Mr *** 100% of his money back, and he refused, and stated he wanted the trailerHe now owns the trailer he inspected, and took possession of

I have nothing more to offerMr *** purchased and accepted a year old RV that was Sold As IsAs stated above, I did offer to refund his money at delivery, and he refused, and wanted to keep the trailer
