Option Funding

I had a truly frustrating experience with Option Funding Inc company. After waiting for over three months for my loan to be processed, I was informed that they couldn't approve it, causing me to lose money. The lack of transparency and miscommunication throughout the process was incredibly disheartening. It's essential for a lending company to provide clear and timely information to its clients. Unfortunately, this was not the case here, and I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with caution.

This company and their staff are the most incompetent people I've ever had dealings with My daughter just bought a townhouse and this company, and Ahmad Azizi, put her through the ringer Ahmad is a pathological liar and because of him, it was weeks late in closing! My daughter had to change the movers times! His assistant, Martha, wasn't any betterNo one there would return her phone calls either Until the night before she was to move, they kept telling her she needed more insurance My daughter does insurance for a living and she knew she didnt Come to find out they had her property listed as a single family dwelling which it isnt If anyone offers them, run run, run!

I thought our Refi would go smoothly as someone I trusted recommended Ahmad. He is very bad at returning calls and making false statements. I told him I was to be on the loan with my husband, of course that goes without saying, then the next thing I know, I’m not on it.. I am then told the next week after closing he would take care of me being put on the title. He will not return any contact I make on this matter. I was also told I would receive $8000 from the MIP, another lie. I would not recommend this company. Quicken loans is great which is the company that has our loan. That’s the only good thing that came out of this Refi. He won’t have time for you, avoid this company.
