I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Ms. [redacted] did call me and explain the situation. I was really baffled because I knew they had been in business for over 40 years.My husband was upset because I had done this for him (without his knowing) as a surprise birthday gift on Sat. Feb 28, then he noticed the leak. On Monday, when I tried to call and go by - the shop was boarded up. Baffled me but I COMPLETELY understand the situation and they did correct the exhaust to our satisfaction.Thank you for contacting them.

My name is [redacted] and I'm the president of Option Muffler Shop Inc. I am responding to a complaint made by [redacted] for work we had did on her 2007 Chevy Silverado on February 28, 2015. The reason I had to close the shop for 2 weeks was because I had a family emergency, my mother had...
passed away and since my brother was my only employee I had no one eles to work. I had to board up the windows because the shop being alone for that long of time I was worried of a break in since it has happen in the past. On March 17, 2015 at 5:25 [redacted] had came and I explained to her why I had to close and apologized for any inconvenience it caused her. We had put a new hanger and 4 welds because of an exhaust leak. Once we were done she said she was satisfied and left.
