*** *** *** is not our employee or business partner at all, for the past 3 year *** *** is been using illegally our address to receive merchandise and correspondence for his own clients, an ex-employee of this warehouse let him received some merchandise when he stopped renting one of the warehouses next to ours, about year and 9 months we asked him to remove any of his merchandise from our property, he did, but we found out that he parked on the outside of our warehouse and will wait for all couriers ( FedEX, UPS, etc) and will received his clients packages , there are times that if he is not there that we will received all packages, at the time of sorting if we find something that is not ours and belongs to him we will leave it outside of our warehouse so he can pick up whatever is his .
We had told *** *** many times not to use our address to do his business to send packages or any kind of correspondence and he keep saying that he will stop and until today we still receive some of them.

Review: On Apr 25th, 2014, [redacted] received a Brand new laptop sent to the name of [redacted]I hired the services of Mr. [redacted] which offered me a warehouse address in San Diego Ca. (9775 Marconi Dr, Suite G, San Diego, CA. 92154). For the service he asked me for a deposit of $20 with the understanding that once I would pick up the package I would pay additional money. UPS confirmed to me that the package had been delivered at the above mentioned address, signed and accepted by [redacted] When I contacted [redacted] he said that he was having trouble with [redacted] but that he would take care of the issue. Since the end of April I have been in touched several times with [redacted] and he says that he will get back to me later. I have also contacted the receiver [redacted] and she says that she does not know anything about this issue.It has been three months now and I still dont't have my laptop.Desired Settlement: I want my package returned integral or refunded.
