1215 was our first time at [redacted] ***. We were called to come do an oil boiler tune up. With that tune up you also receive a year service agreement with us. This includes 15% off parts and labor at any return visit and 24 hour emergency service. On 1117 [redacted] was emailed the sales order from 1117 [redacted] emailed back saying to go ahead and schedule him for service. I tried to reach him by phone but never got a response so service was not scheduled. On Saturday April [redacted] 2017 our tech on call for the weekend received a “no heat” call from [redacted] ***. When he called the customer he spoke with [redacted] She was told of the $145 after hours service fee. Our tech notes are attached as well as our work order explaining the services that were provided that day. At the completion of the service [redacted] signed off on all work done and agreed to payment. See the attached. She wrote a check. At the time of payment [redacted] began screaming at our tech and telling him he was contacting the BBB and hopes he crashes his van on his way home. MRS Delano was very pleasant as per the tech notes attached and she explained to our tech that [redacted] has dementia. On 417 we received an email from [redacted] expressing his dissatisfaction, that he was contacting the BBB and cancelling the check. We did nothing fraudulent and do not agree with this complaint.

and mailed to them to remind them that their 2015-2016 service agreement was about to expire and service was due. They did not renew their agreement with us. On 2/**/17 [redacted] was emailed the sales order from 11/*/16 as a reminder that service was overdue. On 2/**/17 [redacted] emailed back saying to go ahead and schedule him for service. I tried to reach him by phone but never got a response so service was not scheduled. On Saturday April ** 2017 our tech on call for the weekend received a “no heat” call from [redacted].
