Thank you so very much Jason from Options Exterior!! You were very thorough on the damage assessment, ensuring any and all damage was discovered and included in our hail damage claim. From day 1 to the end of the repairs, you kept us informed of the process and provided answers to all our many questions. You made the repair process simple, and convenient by handle the claims process with our insurance agent. I am especially grateful to the care the team took when doing the work to not damage ground landscape and surrounds trees / shrubs. Thank you for final touches of several passes over the property to find and remove any errant nails - I still have NOT found 1 since. Thank so much, like others, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Options Exteriors to friends, family, and neighbors!!!!!
James provided excellent service from beginning to end of my roof replacement. He was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a great salesman. The Options Exteriors install crew was quick, accurate, and polite as well. The clean up was fantastic, other then a new roof, you couldn't tell they were even there the next day! A+ experience. I'd highly recommend James and the Options Exteriors crew to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement work.
We recently had Options Exteriors shingle our Richfield Rambler. From start to finish the project went so smooth. We are super pleased. Jake, the project manager was amazing throughout the entire project making sure everything went without a hitch. Armando and his crew worked quickly and made sure everything was perfectly cleaned up! If you are needing new shingles, siding, windows I would highly recommend Options Exterior! You won't be disappointed!!!
I had Options Exteriors come to my home and replace my roof and siding after a pretty nasty hail storm.I can't begin to tell you how much I love the new look of my home. They made sure they explained all the steps along the way and made things, so easy. It was joy to work with their entire company. Thank you, for making my home look its best! If you have any hesitation in hiring them for the job. Don't they will make your house look fantastic.
We were happy with the professionalism and quick response to any questions on our new roof install. The roof team was excellent and worked through a spring snow shower to get the roof done in a day. their clean-up was excellent. We had new gutters installed as well, and did have to have some follow-up regarding some spill-over concerns. The salesman Adam did a great job responding to all our concerns promptly. Highly recommend this company!
Options Exteriors was professional in handling everything from beginning to end. They did an excellent job in dealing with the insurance, replacing our roof and cleanup. Andrew Ness was great to work with and we definitely recommend this company.
Andrew, the Project Manager was very good to work with. He was responsible and I'd recommend him to my family and friends.
Mayday Restoration did our siding and roof in November 2018. In summer of 2019 we noticed the siding was bubbling and not cut to proper length. They also didn't j-channel proper around the outside air exchange vents. When we asked them to come repair this, they told us we didn't pay our insurance deductible and they wouldn't fix anything. When we agreed to have them complete the project they were just starting their business and they told us instead of us paying our deductible they wanted to use our house in their marketing materials and we agreed. They did make an attempt in the summer of 2019 to fix around the outside air exchanged vents, by slapping clear caulking around them instead of putting in proper J-channeling. When we have reached out again asking for them to correct the work they they have refused and said they will put a lien on our house since we did not pay our deductible. They have been very difficult with trying to resolve the issue but have our house listed in their marketing materials.
Couple of issues with this complaint, first and foremost they never contracted Mayday Restoration to complete any repairs on their home, but I am aware of who they are as they dealt with a related entity. Another issue is Ann and Tony *** committed insurance fraud and insurance fraud and pocketed money on an insurance claim which is illegal. The final issue is the contractor was not paid in full so their warranty is null and void. That being said the related entity would be more than willing to complete the repair if they were paid the balance that is still due.
I am rejecting this response because:Attached is the picture showing Mayday Restoration did advertise our house for their company. We did not commit insurance fraud, we chose to go with another company to complete our windows after they submitted an extremely high estimate for our windows to our insurance company and they verbally abused both myself and my husband. They told us we did not have to pay our deductible and because we went with another company after all of this for the windows they got mad and won’t fix the problems with the siding. Ann Peterson
Ann you did commit insurance fraud. You pocketed money as the result of an insurance claim, we hired an outside firm to estimate your windows and argue with your insurance company for enough monies to complete the repair. They set the price not us. This cost us over one thousand dollars. The outside firm worked with your insurance company to get enough money to cover a like kind and quality window for what you had existing in your house. You choose to install a lesser quality window and pocket the difference, this is the definition of insurance fraud.
That being said if you pay us the balance due we will get someone out there to make the simple repairs to your siding.
Mayday said they would do the job for what the insurance would pay. Minus our deductible. So then I finially got my bill for what I owed certified mail. It sat at there post office for weeks. So on December 30th I got a contract that I supposedly signed. And a cancelation from which I never signed. So they got a attorney saying the wanted 4445.78 plus a 12.295.50 cancelation fee. But so I wrote them 1 last time and told them if they can do the job for 19.000 go for it. I told them we were done cause we have actual cash value on shop. So if they can do it for that price do it. But I never signed a cancelation paper. I only stated we were done with them. Cause are insurance isn't paying any more. And they want more. They were payed in full for the house and garage roofs. So the want 20% of the job. Well we payed in full. And we cant help the insurance wont give them more. It's not under full replacement and they know this. So we are stumped in what to do now. They will not give us or had they given us a legit contract till December 30th 2019. When they gave us a cancelation fee. Which states a contract and cancelation forms. Should be given at time of trying to get the job. Plus never finishing the garage repairs. And one side of shingle job.

Mayday came to my door and offered a free roof inspection. I researched the company for an hour, and then called them to sign up. I’m glad I did. James was friendly and informative about the process, and supervised progress throughout the job. The roofing crew was skilled and efficient, and result was a quality roof. The gutters installed were not the type they replaced, and I didn’t know that until installation started, but they seem like quality gutters. The gutter crew did not clean up after themselves. The roofing crew did a fine job after work was completed. I would recommend Mayday for a fine roofing job.

We were very happy with the service from Jacob B at Mayday. Jacob followed through with every last detail to make sure the roof replacement was done to our satisfaction. The crew was efficient and clean up was solid.
Roof looks great and we feel the quality of work was excellent.

Mayday replaced our roof a few months ago and we are very happy with the results. They did an amazing job cleaning up the yard - which was a big deal for us with two small children. They also cleaned the gutters while they were on the roof. I would definitely recommend!
After a massive hail storm, my house was the first to get a new roof because of fast Mayday works.
I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the insurance company and roofing company, but Mayday made it so easy.
They were honest and upfront and didn't tell me things just because I wanted to hear them.
Quit looking and hire them.
Geno and the guys at Mayday did a great job on our roof and gutters. I watched them working on my neighbors house before I went with them and saw our sales guys up directing his crew and helping with the roof. That was a good sign for me that he cares.
I had a few concerns and specific details I wanted on our project and he addressed them all with no problem and I came out better than I thought it would. The crews were punctual and professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves with all the debris and nails. I have already recommended them to two other people and know they will do a good job.
I'd love to tell you Mayday installed my roof without any issues but that would be a lie. Truth be told, there was an error on delivery date for shingles / supplies, a rain shower came along before Mayday had the shingles on, and some of our flowers needed replacement after the job was finished.
That said, Mayday handled every issue professionally and with haste. The team is very responsive to any customer inquiry. Two individuals (including Mayday VP) inspected my attic to ensure no rain damage, they prioritized my install date after the delivery mix-up, and replaced the damaged floral (even dug and planted the flowers themselves!)
Mayday was honest about what needed replacing on my home. The laid out all the options and let me choose what to replace, and what to save $ on. The Mayday team was also very kind to my children who were harassing and bothering them every step of the process.
An honest company, with honest people, who I would definitely recommend and work with again. Thanks Mayday.

Matt and his team were great. He got my whole roof replaced and the insurance company paid 100% even though in the beginning they agreed to only paying a small percentage.
Initially when Matt from Mayday knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection I was very skeptical. But after reviewing the damage they found at my house I agreed to file a claim with my insurance company. My insurance company did not want to pay for all the damage on my house, Mayday worked on my behalf to force the insurance company to repair my property. They communicated well and completed the work quickly. My house received a makeover with all of it paid for by my insurance company.
