[Thank you for your help , and thank optiontown to contact me , they give me a solution to pay more $to exhand one more month.But I think my pass is not expire ,and I check to exhand months only need $before two weeks,if the airasiax raise the price, that's not my problem,just last year,airasiax promotion of my flight day($of flight) ,I didn't ask optiontownto refund the difference.One more month is ok,but the money optiontown require me to pay is too much ,I do not accept.]

For several contacts with Optiontown, he didn’t give me the satisfied response as a pretext of the airline’s problem, and even they didn’t want to supply the service as rules.FIRSTLY it is a kind of Commercial fraud that the Optiontown rejects to do the obligations written in the contract with customer;SECONDLY it is a dishonesty that the Optiontown puts off supplying the service till to the deadline of the contract.WHAT’S WORSE, owing to his delay to fulfill the contract obligations for providing the service; it has caused my miss of the biggest sales promotion in the airline, and will even cause my great economic loss in the cost of re-purchasing the flight tickets under the limited time. So it is fair to ask for the compensation from Optiontown. However I prefer to get the services rather than the complaint in compensation or the simple refund of the remaining credits.It is well-known that your honored office, Revdex.com, is a representative of the customers to pursue our legal rights and an inspector authority to exposure the illegal actions of the company.
