Hello
I start dealing with bulq.com about a year ago I have done business with them over about order or more around 15k or more
I got few wrong little issues before but thy requsted too much work to resolve it worth then the despute it self
But now at the end and after thy got the name in the market thy start the game
non of the manifest is correct thy will show you retail price of 20k but if you look it up its not even 8k
And then thy tell you our price is 80% or95% of but the truth is less then 40% or maybe 20%
Then you get most of the time trash
And thy show scratch and dent but it's salvage
You should be extra careful when buying and reading all the way and serching real price online
Example thy will tell you I phone 6s $retail thy add up 20k but if you add up the real retail price it will be $So it's thy do it xon retail so thy can show you 80% off
And if you get item or more trash thy want you to work full week on going on the items and re write the manifest and explain what was missing or wrong the time it self worth more money then the price you maybe you get refund for
Good luck for every one

11:11. As it states in the policy on our BLINQ.com website, the customer has 5 days from delivery date to make a claim for reimbursement or refund. This customer did not reach out to us until 04/08/16. At this time, the period for us to reimburse the claim is over. This pallet was purchased as an Uninspected Return Pallet. As you can see on our website, we state that Uninspected Returns include, "Most items Functional, Possible Cosmetic Defects or signs of wear, Missing Manuals or accessories, Most have retail packaging." We believe that the pallet the customer received reflects what we advertised.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Your company did not just sell me a few salvage items as you have finally acknowledge that I was sold salvage items and that you refunded me $1100 and I am not due anymore refunds because the case was close. I bought 3 pallets from your company totaling over $3000 and the 2 pallets that contained TV's only 1 TV out of the 17 could be considered a uninspected return item. The other 16 TV's were salvaged. On just those 2 pallets containing TV's and not including shipping I spent $2722 and I was wondering how your company came up with a refund of only $1100 and thought that was a fair fix to the problem. I was truly taken advantage of by your company and you are telling me to be happy with my refund of $1100,while your company pocketed $2382.43 and left me with a living room full of salvage items minus the 1 39" TV that is worth about $200 on [redacted]. If the items were advertised properly on your website in the first place I would have never purchased the items because I'm not a salvage buyer. So it seems that your company doesn't value their customers and is only out to make a quick buck at the customers expense. Your company has showed me that you are willing to steal, cheat and lie to your customers to make money. I tried to give your company the opportunity to come up with a satisfying solution for both parties but I see that is not going to happen. So I guess I will have to escalate the problem and go consult with an attorney.

Dear Revdex.com, 2/24/16This letter is in response to Revdex.com Compaint #[redacted]. Please note that this complaint is relation to our sister site, BULQ, and not BLINQ and should not be filed under, nor impact thatSeller. On 1/02/2016 Customer [redacted] ordered 2 pallets of...

"uninspected returned" pallets. Our public condition description for pallets of uninspected returns states:Uninspected Returns are items that were returned to a retailer by a customer for a number of reasons, from functionality impacting defects to buyer remorse. Therefore, most items are in fine working order and are retail-ready while some are not fully functional. These items may also have cosmetic issues, including dents, scratches, and signs of age. Depending on the retailer's return policy, they may show considerable signs of use and handling. These items often do not come with all manuals and/or supplementary accessories or parts. Most Uninspected Returns ship in original retail packaging, which may show signs of wear.On 1/22/2016, after reaching an agreement on their issue with their pallet (which falls under the described condition) we issued the customer a partial refund of $1,100.00 to this order. As this was an agreed upon refund between the seller and the buyer, this report is resolved.
Regarding the customer's order complaint for order [redacted] purchased on 12/26/2015, BULQ has never received any contact from the customer regarding this particular pallet. It is BULQ policy that the customer must email us "within 5 business days of receiving [their] order" __in order to file a claim against the product received. Again, as this customer never filed a complaint or report to us regarding this order, we will not be held responsible in issuing further refunds.
Thank you.
