After working with oer a 1000 business operations globally, DaVita in the Mid-Ohio Valley is the most horrible organization. I am a stage 5 Renal failure patient that terminated relationship with two facilities in Parkersburg, WV and Belpre, Ohio. There is a long list of issues and I am dedicating time to help and fight for the ones not educated and have no help. I give DaVita facility manager and her boss a 9 Paige detailed letter of all issues. DaVita Mid Ohio valley has lack educatee skills like "listening," get to know the customer, don't assume, learn to buy a note pad and take notes, take initiative and follow up on questions, don't make the customer learn to tell you to adjust potassium bath, do what you fake advertise (you are far from providing superior healthcare services), get a nutritionist that does more then hand out internet print outs(you advertise collaborative meal plans with healthcare team), get a social worker that is not waiting on retirement and does their job, don't make the customer rely on obtaining and reading their own blood and dialysis reports, and most of all get some dam accountability. I would love a line item invoice and sniff out some insurance fraud. Patient care is far from your mission and values statement!!!! Stay away from DaVita unless you want dropped below your dry weight routinely affecting your residual kidney functionality. The facilities have no experienced leadership! My dry weight routinely put me in cramps. I had stroke/death level blood pressure and the employees acted as it was normal and said see you next treatment. Nobody is intelligent enough to calculate dry weight. Customers in winter time get no tear weight reduction for clothing, boots, ect. Then the dialysis removes fictional fluid causing the body to cramp and hurt the patient. Employees lack in communication skills which is a result of leadership. DaVita in the Mid-Ohio Valley are the poster child example of "Professional Neglect resulting in physical and emotional injury. If you want to become a self educated dialysis/kidney failure resource, then do a tour with DaVita and risk your life.

I am billed twelve months later about something I paid as a co-pay. I received nothing as a bill from anyone until now.
I was not given proper training and had to do the sleep study twice. They have been telling me (if I see a doctor) at their desk now that I owe $50.00.
They are not paying attention about what I have to say.

My name is *** and I am writing this complaint on behalf of my wife ***. She has been billed 1515.00 from ***. She does not owe this amount because she was covered under ***(***) or also called "Emergency ***". Her *** coverage dated 7/1/2016 and the procedure date is 7/8/2016. We provided her *** coverage information when asked by the billing staff. We have given all the information needed to insure that her treatment was covered.
*** has turned over what they think we owe to ***. This has caused a lot of stress because we are getting letters and numerous phone calls on a debt that should have been covered by ***.
We are working with a Social Worker, ***. She has tried numerous times to help us resolve this issue. She has called at least six different times and every time she is told that they will send the bill to "get investigated". *** has faxed proof of *** or *** coverage. At every phone contact she has also provided ***'s *** number. This is very frustrating because I hear her explain the same issue over and over at every phone call and she is always told "they will look into the matter". Nothing is changing. I am still getting contacted by the collection agency and they still have my wife as owing a debt of 1515.00. We did our part in providing our coverage information. It was their job to ensure it was applied properly.
Our family is hoping you can assist with, what appears to be, a communication issue. We have only lived in the United States for a little over a year. This issue extremely stressful and threatens our already stressful financial situation.

I live above Davita on ***, and they're employees leave trash all over the east entrance. And smoke ten feet from my balcony.
Not only is it disgusting but all that litter is bad for the environment and illegal.
