Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business response is a complete untruthI paid him to have negative items remove from my credit reportSuch as chapter bankruptcy and student loan late paymentsHe promise me when I paid him that these items would be removedThey still remain on my credit reportHe said the process would take 45-daysI was paid in full in FebruaryI attempted over and over to reach Mr [redacted] but was not able toI then reached out to my church who hired him for a womens conferenceThis is the only way I was able to reach himI never threaten himI ask him for a refund because he did not meet the duties in which he was paidTo resolve this issue I want a refund of Also I spoke with all the credit bureaus and they assured me that all these negative items are still on my creditI never once was promised that my credit scores will go up mr [redacted] told me that he will have negative items deleted from my credit and he did not do this Sincerely, [redacted]

This is the same young lady whos been playing and contacting you back and forthThis complaint has no name on itWe work with thousands of clients and now were going back and forth with someone who's a opportunist trying to get money out of usPlease ask them to show you a sign contract so we can move forwardTo the best of my ability this is a true statement. Mrs*** contacted our company to get her credit repairedShe said that we did Great Work on her sisters credit that she wanted to hire useTo the best of my ability I cleared and cleaned up her creditAbout a month ago she call threating to do all types of things because her scores were not in
the 700'sWe then advised her that we would look at her credit and attempt to remove what was left on thereShe then contacted my pastor at church and went off on him and his office staffI spoke to *** again on a conference call, and she was cussing and talking about her refundI advised her again that her credit was repaired and that she would not be getting a refund because the work was completed and doneI have been overly cooperative with her, but I will not have my life in jeopardy of this person, because of the way they look at thingsThis is what happened to the best of my ability TRUTHFULLY *** ***

All paperwork was submitted, Just like I explained to Ms. [redacted] the process takes 45 to 60 business days. Now all paperwork will be in transit for 2 weeks. How can you count day 1 when its just dropped off in the mail. Also she has to screen shot me the paperwork or drop it off or we can come pick it up when it comes to her in the mail.  How do we know when she gets mail? We don't... This same process was done for her sister and her results were GREAT.... Now this is a ploy to get money even after the work was completed in full. The church did not hire me, I was the MAIN SPONSOR for this event for over 900 women. She stated to the pastor that she was at the event and she kept quoting the wrong price to him. Once the records were pulled then her story changed. We've NEVER had a problem with a customer. Ms. [redacted] FAIL to realize is that this is her REAL DEBT and bills she did not pay and that's why her credit is the way it is when she came to us. I informed her that I would personally take another look at it, but to much verbal abuse on her end. So she has my email address and phone number. I am rejecting this response because:The business response is a complete untruth. I paid him to have negative items remove from my credit report. Such as chapter 7 bankruptcy and student loan late payments. He promise me when I paid him that these items would be removed. They still remain on my credit report. He said the process would take 45-60 days. I was paid in full in February. I attempted over and over to reach Mr[redacted] but was not able to. I then reached out to my church who hired him for a womens conference. This is the only way I was able to reach him. I never threaten him. I ask him for a refund because he did not meet the duties in which he was paid. To resolve this issue I want a refund of 650.00 Also I spoke with all the credit bureaus and they assured me that all these negative items are still on my credit. I never once  was promised that my credit scores will go up mr[redacted] told me that he will have negative items deleted from my credit and he did not do this

I am rejecting this response because:Once again this business is telling untruth. I dont have to scam anyone for money my character has never been questioned. Anytime I received any mail it was screenshot to him. Which I have proof of these texts. Mr. [redacted] assured me that he could get a Chapter 7 and student loan payments removed from my credit and he did not. I have his contact info and he refused to answer my calls. The verbal threats are complete lies. Mr. [redacted] has scammed me out my money by making false promises. I learned from this exiperence that his business is fraudulent. I want my money back Asap please.
