Opus 1 has gone out of business without fulfilling my wedding invitations order. They still have my $500 deposit and I have no way to contact them. Have been having trouble with contacting them since October 10. We made the deposit in mid September. We worked with [redacted]. The amount deposited was $500. We paid by visa debit card. We were told they would not start the creative process (our custom wedding invitation design ideas) without the deposit and the deposit would go toward our total payment. We were quoted $1,273.00, so we were to only owe $773. We obtained a design from the company, but they shut down without notice before we could order our invitations.Desired SettlementWe would like to get our deposit back in full ($500). Since they have failed to fulfill our order, we deserve our payment back that was paid to ensure our order.
