The state of the art technology and value added features that opus offers are extraordinary as compared to the cost of a receptionist. I receive my calls wherever I am, faxes, emails, etc... the customer service is excellent and the staff is courteous and professional. Opus Vo is truly the solution in the virtual office world.
I recently changed banks and needed to change the credit card on file with Opus. I normally dread calling customer service lines because you have to hit what seems like 10 buttons to get to the correct department. After dialing the customer service line I was talking to a representative within 30 seconds who assisted me in changing the card on file in less then a minute. I can see that Opus takes pride in their customer service and wish more companies would follow the same practice. I would recommend them to anyone.
I started a consulting business at the first of the year and decided to look online for a virtual office for credibility features and a real business address! The first place I called was Regus but the guy said they only had offices in Louisiana and my LLC was formed in Mississippi and not wanting to pay for a registered agent service and worry about unfamiliar laws I decided to keep looking for a virtual office in MS . I finnally came across this company and rented an office in Meridian Ms and it was the worst mistake I have ever made! After I started to apply for credit cards in the business name we were flagged for fraud because the supposed business address you get is in a UPS store! How humiliating this was when you believe that the office does have a real address like most virtual offices do that you can come in a sit down but instead of putting them on or inside the building to make it a real physical address they use a UPS box that all the banks and credit card company's know that there not a real business address like a Regus Virtual office! This has cost me 4 months of time and ruined my business credit I was establishing cause now my company is linked to fraudulent address! I have spent over $2000 building the credit in my LLC and they are advertising a physical address! A lot of business owners rent virtual offices to establish credit just for the fact of having a real business credible address ! especially smaller company's that can't afford a big office starting out! well Dont plan on doing this with Opus! Do you know or have any idea how hard it is an the time it takes to list yourself in 411 local an National, list yourself in the white pages and yellow pages on every search engine pay money to the Secretary of State to change your home address to the supposed physical business address, build a paydex score with Dun an Bradstreet with 7 vendors all while working everyday! My business checks are going to have to be reordered! So now I'm going to have to do all this again and now my business won't be listed right anywhere and I'm never going to get any type of credit to help keep me ruining! Can you say NO startups cause that's what all banks say 2years in business or more to qualify for most funding! So this could literally put me out of business ! All I can say is if I'm not compensated for every dollar and than some no one will ever rent another virtual office from opus that knows how to build business credit! We are a tight knit community that try to do everything right so that our business can stand on its own feet without signing everything we own over for collateral! When I talked to the guy at the UPS store he acted like I was doing something wrong really because I know how business credit works and I don't want to use all my personal credit and use my house for collateral to run a business! I want every dime of my money back and whatever this is going to cost to change over and my phone number is now going to have to be changed too! I hope they aren't breaking the law with false advertising cause I haven't got to look at the fine print I've been to upset! If your a business owner that needs a real virtual office with a mailbox that's not inside a UPS store I highly suggest Regus especially if you know how business credit works! And if you know how business credit works than you know how devastating this is right now!
