I purchased a Spa Package for my wife on Nov. 06 2017. I reached out to the business shortly after to confirm she was no longer able to make it and they said not a problem, the value can be applied to any product in the store as a gift credit. The credit totals: $384.20.
Since we are planning a trip down to Toronto in 2 weeks I decided to reach out to them to set up something for my wife and to my surprise they are closed. I tried to reach out to their phone number and its been disconnected. I'm now out almost $400 and no clue what to do!
