He liked our work and decided to hire us to put siding on his home as wellWe were halfway finished with the siding when he decided he wanted to hire us to put a new roof on and signed a third contractWhat's his roof is complete he signed a fourth contract for a new floor in his kitchenI maintain that if Mr [redacted] was so unhappy with our work he wouldn't have continued to sign contract after contractFurthermore his job is been completed for over a year by the time he started his complaintsOur labor warranty is one year on all projectsWe are past the one-year mark from the date of his contract therefore we would be happy to provide Mr [redacted] with a service call to fix his issues at our service rateNo refund or repair work is owed to Mr [redacted]

Midwest window and door used a subcontractor crew to install the roof and guttersThe pictures we received from the subcontractor when he was letting us know the job was supposed to be completed appeared as if everything was done except
guttersWe were not aware that the project was unfinished until we saw the Revdex.com complaint as well as their review of our company on our Facebook pageThe phone calls made by our customers were to the wrong phone number and this is the reason we were unaware that the project was unfinished We changed our company phone number and they were not contacting our officeOnce we learned of the unfinished project we promptly completed it as well as fix the damage to the bathroom caused by the uncompleted roofThe project is now complete

We contracted to complete the installation within 6 to 8 weeks barring any uncontrollable circumstances such as weather , labor or shipping issues. We have experienced significant weather delays and a labor shortage as many businesses in Elkhart County have been experiencing . Businesses of all types and sizes are in need of help and we are no different . We run 20 to 30 contracts per month and will be completing this one as well as expediently as possible . Communication could have been better and for that we apologize .
