Hi,At this point I honestly don't know what the consumer wantsI've apologized for the social media incident even though I don't feel as if I insulted herShe's correct, my first phone call was when her sister approached me on the Monday following her eventI had no clue that anyone was even upset with me simply because the consumer never contacted me about anythingThe next day I sent her a text and ask that she contact meShe doesn't know if I was going to apologize or not because she never calledI was present at her event at 2:pm on August 29, for an event that was scheduled to start at 3:pm but actually started at 5:pmWhen she did arrive she sent a family member over to tell me not to serve anyone too much alcohol because she only wanted them to have a couple drinks, not get intoxicatedI don't serve any drinks until I'm told to at a reception and never before it startsHer food wasn't even ready on time nor was her appetizer tableAt the end of the day, I did my job, handled myself accordingly and didn't allow anyone to get overly intoxicatedI have apologized for she felt was an insult but as far as the way I bartend there's not an apology available for thatI've never received a complaint in three years and when I was bartending in Applebee's I never received any form of a complaint from any guestIf she had contacted me as I requested she would've have received a verbal apology, she didn't do thatShe's trying to defame my business by saying I'm not certified to serve alcohol and I've provided documentation to prove that I amI also provided documentation of what her family members posted about myself, my children and my business via social mediaAt the end of the day, my contract was with *** *** and I have yet to hear from her regarding this issue.Thanks,*** ***

Ora J's services were great for our wedding reception, which was outside in Mississippi, in the heatThe drinks were chilled to perfectionAll of our family and friends were pleased with her services and so were we

Hello, let me first start off by saying I am most definitely certified to serve alcohol in the state of Mississippi and I've attached a copy of that certificationSecondly, once I realized the client felt that I defamed her guests via social media I reached out to her and she never respondedWhat
I stated on social media was an attempt to defame anyone's character and no one's name was mentionedI posted an apology via Facebook to whomever felt that I was insulting their characterAs to the insults about her liquor selection that never happened but her guests must definitely had negative things to say about what she chose to serveFinally, I have never begged for tips nor do I have to and the client was charged a flat rate of $not $There's a contract that states this informationI've been operating my business for almost four years and I've never dealt with any complaint such as thisI will reach out to this client, this time via email, one final time and I'll provide your office with a copy of that email.
