Ora Mac

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I visited my mom at Ora-Mac's house twice. I live far away and have been a single mom and a college student for the past 3 years, so I don't exactly have a lot of money for traveling. On the first occasion, May 2012, I spent the night there. I have video recording and pictures of my first visit there. I have photos of my second visit 2013. They asked for no proof of identification when I arrived or during my stay. They told me they had no idea that my mom was a tribal member, if they cared, they would've known, I connected my mom to her tribe, for them. Ora also said my mom had no birth certificate... which I provided for her. Over the years I sent my mom pictures, cards, gifts. I made a picture album of our family for her and mailed it to her. Complete with pictures of her mom and dad, her 2 sisters. Nieces, nephews, her two other daughters, and her grandson, and my father--her husband. The state paperwork is wrong. [redacted] is the name my mother gave me. That is what my mom called me. It's a combination of my father's name and her name. The state of Washington gave me a different name. I have no control over that. But I have all the documents to prove it. Ora never asked, she chose to live in her little fantasy world where she is not held accountable for her actions. I was upset that she lied to me about my mom's condition (laying in the ICU on a ventilator after a heart attack) and I used one foul word. That's when Ora hung up on me. She has no capacity for compassion and as such, needs to not be in the business she is in. Sincerely, [redacted] ***
