In the contract that was signed by the parent at the time of enrollment it states that there is a $administrative fee charged when a refund us givenIt also breaks down what you are being charged forIf you would like to make an appointment with the office to speak with the owner to go over your refund you are more than welcomeThank you

Unfortunately, giving you the paperwork before the deadline date is not possibleThere are rules that are in place that we have to followA refund can be sent but it would not be for the amount that you are asking forYou are more than welcome to make an appointment with our office to meet with the owner if you would like to discuss the refundIf you do decide that you would like to come into the office please call usWe want to make sure the owner is available when you are hereThank you

***Ms*** I have looked at your students account, he was signed up for the class at the start of April In class we go over with the students how to obtain their drive timesBy looking at your students account I see that there are a total of logins, out of the login times, four of
them are correctSince we release drive times at 8:00pm on Tuesday nights, you will only see drive times come available on that dayAny other time you will not see any drive timesI also see that there were no login times between July 25, and December 19, So give or take five months that there was no one trying to obtain drive times. During the school year drive times are more difficult to get because we are very limited on timeWhen students are in school we are unable to drive them during the dayDuring the summer time is when we have a good amount of drive times available, because the students don't have school As far as what you would like us to do, I can release paperwork once the student has expiredWe do not charge you to get paperwork from usIf you would like a refund I can get a refund sheet together for you to let you know what your refund would beIt would not be a full refund because your student did complete the classroom hours and has completed two of the fourteen total driving hoursI do apologize that I was not in the office when you came to speak with meI would like to offer to extend his contract free of chargeIt would give him three more months, I would also like to help you obtain the rest of his driving hoursWe will need a variance letter, it is a requirement by the state that we have that on file if a student happens to need more timePlease let me know what you would like to doI do apologize for your frustrationWe try to pride ourselves in our service to our students and their parentsWe are very good at what we do, we only want what is best for our students.Thank you for your time, *** *** Owner

I am rejecting this response because: After almost a year of being under this school, we have still been unable to secure the necessary drive times for my son. The owner's offer to release my son from this school after expiration on [redacted] 28, 2017 is unacceptable. The owner states that her records indicate we have only logged in 22 times/with 4 successful logins to her online portal. I can attest that our success and failure rate is wholly due to the limitations of the schedule2drive software and the availability of instructors at the organization. It should not take a year to complete a drivers education course. I have consulted with other schools in the area and even with limited drive times available, most students are able to complete their requirements in less than 4 months. Even with 22 logins - the ratio to actually get a drive time would be one in 22 - which I find are pathetic statistics for any software scheduling program. Again, this school and the owner refuses to accept responsibility for their poor business practices. Public reviews of the school on both google.com [redacted] and yelp [redacted] from other frustrated parents tell me that this is not an isolated incident for my son but a reoccurring issue with this business. There appears to be a longstanding history of this school abusing the faith, trust and financial investments parents have paid to get their children properly though a drivers ed course. I would be shocked if the Revdex.com does not take into account the public outcry and number of poor reviews in consideration when dealing with Longhorn Driving School. My original request is and continues to be: 1.) release my son of this school immediately - not on [redacted] 28, 2017. His birthday is [redacted] and we want him driving ASAP. He has done all of his road time with me, his step-father and his father. He has logged enough hours over the course of the last year to have completed a parent-taught curriculum twice over. 2.) I want a 50% refund on my $402 payment to this school. I will give them 50% for getting him through the written portion, but will not concede a penny for their inability to actually teach him any real driving skills behind the wheel of a car. If the owner continues to argue, accept no fault, refuses to release my son from her roster and provide my refund of $201.  I will pursue legal counsel and will rally with other unhappy parents.
