In response to your client's complaint, this complaint is nearly years old The only thing I can do for this client at this time, is to send her one of our Premium day Condo Certificates valued at over $or a day night Bahamas Cruise for All meals and cabin is included

I am rejecting this response because: it is yet another ruse on the part of MrCharles C*** and Oracle Travel to offer travel certificates and vouchers that will never be honored The reason my complaint is two years old is that I spent two years pursuing similar offers from MrCharles C***, completing vacation planning forms, choosing travel dates and flights, etcall of which were ALWAYS unfulfilled by Oracle Travel All I want from MrCharles C*** and Oracle Travel is my money back I paid $in activation fees and I request that it be returned immediately I carefully followed every stipulation outlined by Oracle Travel in order to receive the promised airline tickets and nine sets of travel dates were rejected by Oracle Travel Oracle Travel is notoperating in good faith and they continuously employ deceptive business practices This is yet another example of Oracle Travel promising to deliver a two night cruise in exchange for additional fees (room taxes, port fees, etc.)I request that the $I paid in activation fees be returned to me immediately. Oracle has nothing to do with Marketing or fulfillment We do not have the word FREE on non of our certificates We make every attempt to inform the client of the additional fees and restrictions and we have absolutely no influence over the fulfillment centers fees
Have *** contact me at this email address He will have to return all docs in Good condition along with copy of receipt to be consider for a refund

I received my refund of $120.00 yesterday and cashed the check quickly today,so unless it bounces I'm good.
