Receiving support from Oracle has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business Their call center has hold times that are longer than minutes almost every time I have called to get support many times, each time I've been told that someone would help me My problem then doesn't get fixed and I receive no feedback as to why I have to call them again, endure another 30+ minute hold time, which ends with them telling me someone will help me, which doesn't ever happen I've made phone calls now, talked to someone each time, and nothing has been done
