When I originally received the bill I thought it was a mistake because I've referred two of my classmates to you, we all are students at the same school who had the same procedure done. wasn't payed in full is because the office didn't fax over x-rays showing that my wisdom teeth were impacted. I also spoke with one of the office personnel to inform them that I was working things out with my insurance company as far as the payment goes (I am currently still communicating with them now in regards to this claim). When someone did decide to answer the phone without me having to hold for 10 or 20 minutes no one advised me to at least make a partial payment and I didn't have thr full balance to pay at once. I was under the impression that my account was under and insurance hold with your company. The reason I am willing to pay now is because I have been working an internship for 10 weeks and I make it back home to find that I have been turned over to a collections agency. I'm a full time vet school student who does not have the funds now so I had to run out and get a loan when one of your employees advised me that it is possible to make the payment in full if the dentist decide to remove my account from collections. There was NEVER a problem with me paying I just wanted to be certain that all of the information and cost were accurate. I must inform you that I did contact your office multiple times and I have learned that a very rude person from the call center answers your calls when you are on break. We both go on break around the same time so when I thought I was speaking to someone in the office I was speaking to a person in the call center who obviously wasn't passing on the message that I did call.
