Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] *** First of all, the estimate that this man is referring to is not a valid document, which therefore cannot not be used for his argument He did give us a quote for insurance when we were at his store at the time we dropped off our RV, which was signed by my husband The insurance company rejected this document because of how little detail was included Instead of my husband signing a new estimate, this store used white-out over what they had originally written so that they could still use my husband's signature from the first one that was rejected I'm pretty sure this invalidates anything that is actually on that document Another issue with his statement is the timeline The timeline from which I am referring to is the time between WHEN THE INSURANCE APPROVED THE CLAIM until we called asking if it was done This was about weeks when we were promised at the very most weeks, then we were promised we would have it by the 4th of July to no avail The reason we were concerned with the timeline at that point is that we rent out our RV and were closing in on a couple of rentals that we had booked and were promised it would be done by However, the length of time it took is not what my main complaint This business is slow and has shown that they don't really care about taking care of their customers in a timely fashion I guess that is their burden to bare As per the email that I have attached to this claim, we asked at that time for work to be stopped We were unhappy with this business and had found someone else to do the work in less time At this time, I believed we were lied to and told that it wasn't driveable, so that we would be forced to keep the work there Bottom line is they charged us for work that we did not want or agree to, which is my biggest complaintI actually believe that the man, Tommy, who wrote this response is the one who admitted to my husband in the store, that he told MrBill Gardiner that we wanted the back cap on and then a phone call Tommy then informed my husband that Bill Gardiner is the one that said to not call until all the work had been finished He admitted to us "getting screwed by Bill Gardiner", and that this kind of thing "happens all the time"

Hi! When MR*** originally dropped off his coach, we wrote an estimate of over $IT took their insurance company over month to approve it, so as far as it taking too long it was not our fault, as we cant start the repair until the insurance company tells us its okWe
have a signed Work order from Mr*** saying it was okay to work on his coach and to proceed at the $estimateMr *** called us once we started on his motor homeHE requested we do our best to lower the bill as he only got $from his insurance company after his deductible was taken out He said the custoemrs that wrecked his motorhome was supposed to cover it and they didnt have the money, We never were requested to stop working on itThey never told us they wanted to take it elsewhereThere is NO EMAIL records of us confirming a $amountMrs***s story sounds to us like she and her husband werent communicating properlyWe recieved a call asking to stop at $when we were almost already done with the coachWe got the Repairs to under $We lowered there bill over 25% so I think we did a good job overallThe coach looks amazing and is now safe, watertight and fixed correctlyFeel free to call me with any questionsThanks! Mr *** told us on the phone he wanted the work done cheaperThats the bottom lineWe did quality and safe work and kept his bill below the original amount we quotedLike I said, he requested to keep it under and called to ask us to stop work after we were pretty much finishedWe started the work once we were given the ok by the insurance companyWe are a reputable dealer that has been in business for yearsWe dont get that way by screwing peopleThanks!
