I received a bill for $159.70 from this company for oral surgery that should have been included in the total price that I have already paid in full to Clear Choice. We have received different bills before from this same but have always paid them in full as they come but this one has popped up out of nowhere 90 days later after all of the bills have been paid already in full this amount is not what I owe and I will not pay it I do not want it to be reported on my credit I will also be including another complaint about service and treatment and how my jaw was broken possible malpractice that I already signed off on but was not fully informed of the extensive steps and horrible side effects.
