My son scheduled for wisdom teeth extraction under my insurance providerUpon scheduling, he was required to pay 20%, which he didHe was asked about his anesthesia preferenceHe informed them he wanted the cheapest as he was getting married in daysThey told him for $they could do IV sedationAs he was making the payment, he asked if there would be any other charges and they said noHe now has a $bill as insurance denied the claim for IV sedation
