location on Aubrey. Where he then turned us away, saying it was the wrong tree. He said is "HAS TO BE A MEXICAN FAN PALM" No payment was made, nor recieved. We have never sold the type of tree he is requesting. I also have a text confirming the price of the tree. There is nothing to be warrantied or refunded. He is upset we can't fix the problem. But we just don't carry those trees. There is nothing I can do. He has other plants he bought from us that he  is trying to say it was them. I've asked for a detailed reciept, which I have not recieved from him. I can't warranty items I do not carry.
