Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] has contacted the complex three times Since the move out date regarding the deposit and information had been left stating where the deposit check shouldbe mailed and what number I could be reached atDocuments are in placeto be shown if need be

In response to the tenants complaint, we are confusedThe tenant lived in the unit for the full term of her leaseShe never had one complaint or work requestThere is no work order for anything during the lease termThe current property manager has worked there since July, and has only met the tenant one timeThis took place when she started at the property and went around to introduce herself to the tenantsThe property manager also met the tenants mother who came to the office to find out about the move out procedures at the end of her daughters leaseTenant gave notice that she would be moving out the end of her lease and did as suche never had any issues with the tenant and at no point were there any issues relayed to property staffAfter the tenant moved out, a standard move out inspection of the apartment was performed and the apartment was in good condition. We also had a new maintence man that started late in SeptemberHe never spoke with the tenant about any issues or performed any work orders in the unitIn terms of replacing staff, I believe the issue has already been resolvedI can not say for certain that the previous office manager and or maintence person did or did not have any communication with the tenant about any issuesIf so, then that manager did not properly document any work order requests from this tenentI apologize to the tenant of this is the caseThat is definitely not the way we would handle any type of concernI will readress the proper procedures with our current staff to make sure they know ho0w to handle that type of issueWe will go and inspect the tenants apartment again to be sure of any of the issues mentioned are properly handledAnd I again apologize for any situation that made the tenant feel like her concerns were not being addressed

Ms [redacted] Put down a Deposit of $200 when she moved in, not $250. Ms [redacted] lived in an apartment that the electric was sub-metered, and therefore there are always 2 electric bills that come due after the tenant moves out. The meters are read on or around the 10th of each month and then... become due on the 1st of the following month. So the reading that was done around 2/10/16 would have been due 3/1/16, after the tenant moved out. And then the period of 2/11/16 through 2/29/16 would have been due on April 1st of 2016. She did not pay either of these bills, which left balances on her acct. so when her Deposit was applied to her acct those deductions were made and the balance due to Ms [redacted] was $66.65. It does not appear that the check that was mailed to Ms [redacted] ever cleared our acct. We will be mailing a check to the address listed on this complaint to resolve this matter. Ms [redacted] did not leave a phone number when she moved out and has never spoken with us since. When she says that she made attempt to contact as no information was gathered I can only assume that maybe she called and no one answered and she never left a message. because there has not been any conversations with Ms [redacted] since she moved out.

tenant one time. This took place when she started at the property and went around to introduce herself to the tenants. The property manager also met the tenants mother who came to the office to find out about the move out procedures at the end of her daughters lease. Tenant gave notice that she would be moving out the end of her lease and did as such. e never had any issues with the tenant and at no point were there any issues relayed to property staff. If so, then that manager did not properly document any work order requests from this tenent. I apologize to the tenant of this is the case. That is definitely not the way we would handle any type of concern. I will readress the proper procedures with our current staff to make sure they know ho0w to handle that type of issue.
