Review: Hi, ordered an auto part from this company on 9/**, an ABS actuator (motor) for $123.13 shipped. I did not have time initially to install the product (not an issue because all over their website they state a 90 day warranty on incorrect/defective parts). On October ** I attempted to install the ABS motor after taking my old one out. Unfortunately the part I was shipped was incorrect and could not be used. On October ** I sent the company a lengthy email intending to exchange the motor for the correct part assuming they had one in stock or could locate one. If they could not I asked that they refund me my purchase price. I also included a picture of what the correct part looked like along with the interchange part numbers (I still have this email if you need to see a copy of it). Once Tuesday October ** rolled around and I had not heard from them I decided to call the company to initiate the return/exchange. A man answered the phone and told me to "[redacted]" Wednesday the [redacted] I called back.. same guy answers and says Kalvin is not here, he took my name and number and assured me Kalvin would return my call. He did not. I called again today, Friday [redacted]. Again the same guy answers and says Kalvin is not here but he will call me. I asked the man when Kalvin would be in, the reply "[redacted]". Then he suggests I put the part in a box and ship it back to them and we'll give you a refund. I said I need something in writing that you'll refund my money. He then again said Kalvin would call me. I said I feel like I'm getting the run around and will be contacting the Revdex.com "[redacted]" was the response.

At this point I'm fed up with this guy and the company and I want my money back. I am more than happy to ship the item back to Orange Auto but I need a Return Merchandise Authorization or something in writing (like an email) that says yes once the part is returned I will refund your money. I never got an invoice from the company in the first place, the only record I have that I purchased it is my [redacted] receipt.Desired Settlement: I need something in writing that says the company will refund my money ($123.13) once the part is returned.

Review: I bought a used transmission from them on October *, 2013. My mechanic installed it and in his words was "worse than the broken one." He described it as rusted and is willing to sign an affidavit to that effect. On calling the business and asking for a refund, they brushed me off by telling me to send it back and they'll send a different one. Each installation and uninstallation would cost between $600-800. I told them that it wasn't worth it and that I didn't want another one from them since they failed in their due diligence, and integrity as well. Taking money for an obviously broken product! Despicable!Desired Settlement: I want the $500 I spent with my Visa credit card refunded.

Review: the seller advertised a product with free shipping and only after I ordered and paid for the item the seller changed the free shipping and wanted to charge $150.00 more for the shipping. through the process the shipping started as FREE then increased to $125.00 and then to $150.00 this shows no consistency.Desired Settlement: I require that the seller adhere to the original agreement of $200.00 for the product and free shipping. I also am willing to pick up the item from the shippers depot in Richmond, VA to reduce the cost for the shipping for the seller
