The service for transporting my vehicle was excellentTransporting a pickup early was greatTruck arrived days early and was cleanI would use Orange Auto Transport again

I recently shipped a car from Montgomery, AL to San Antonio, TXOrange's service was superb and seamlessIt's price was highly competitive! ***, from [redacted] was friendly and very professional

I had my car available for pick up on December 1, They basically stated it would be picked up days after the initial day it was available for pick upIt is now December 20, and they still have not picked up my carThe manager did call me on a regular basis to let me know they were trying but I still feel that this process took longer than the initial agreement and it wasted my time and moneyI ended up making other arrangements for my car that were more reliable because after hearing for a couple of weeks that they were trying their best I was not sure when I would get my car

Great experience, I shipped two cars with them already, both times they gave estimates that were quite a bit lower than other companies, there was no damage to either car, and both times arrived promptly when they estimated (actually one day earlier for one of the cars!)

This customer's frustration is understandable, but her complaints are misguidedWe have zero control on how fast the carrier/driver's insurance company conducts their businessEvery carrier/driver (over 10,000) in this industry has the same type of insurance because
it's standardized and regulated through the department of transportationUnfortunately *** coverage doesn't exist in this industry (this applies to every auto transport company in the United States)The customer's vehicle was fully insured by the carrier's insurance (policy attached)Please contact the insurance company directly at *** with the carrier’s policy number #*** to verify this is a legitimate insurance company and to check the status on this claim.Per our terms and conditions (customers order form attached) which the customer agreed to when placing their orderNote on line item it clearly states the following: "OAT and the Carrier must be notified of any damages by phone within hoursThe Client must submit the claim in writing along with pictures and estimates to the Carrier within days of deliveryAll claims for damage must be taken up directly with the CarrierThe Carrier is liable for all damagesOAT will assist the Client with all necessary carrier information such as name, address, phone number, insurance information."Without success, I have tried to contact the customer by email and have left several voice messages Please, let me know should you have any questions.

Used Orange Auto Transport to ship a car to my son in Colorado from Chicago From beginning to end, they were great Aside from a competitive price, they did not hound me with call or e-mails Simply sent a quote and left it up to me Placing the order took less than minutes and I was given the ship date that same day Drive came as expected and actually got the car to Boulder a day early From beginning to end the process went seamlessly Have already recommended them to two friends also looking to get cars to their kids this summer So much better than driving it out there myself

This customer's frustration is understandable, but her complaints are misguided Her order was first delayed because she lacked the proper paperwork required by her pick up contact for storage and release of her vehicle, which necessitated that we cancel her first scheduled
driver and start from scratch finding another Her order was further delayed by a day when the 2nd driver arrived to the pick up location to find that the contact was not present and not responsive to phone calls or the numerous voice messages he and our staff members placed When the driver finally made contact with the pick-up, the paper work was still not in order, delaying the process even further We did everything we could do on our end work around these issuesIn summary, the vehicle was picked up on Friday (9/26) and delivered two days later on Sunday (9/28) in the time frame that was estimated when the quote was initiated. This is a great cautionary tale for customers to have their ducks in a row before the driver arrives

Regarding complaint ID ***.
There was a small delay with the insurance company paying for the damages The reason for the delay was that *** *** did not follow the standard
procedure when receiving his vehicle from the driver He signed off on the driver’s paperwork (Bill of Lading) that there were no damagesTo make a long story short, the insurance company (Garage Auto Insurance - *** *** *** *** *** *** *** confirmed with me last Friday 3-14-that they will send out a check for the full amount to *** *** immediately.

The customer is mistaken.  We did not ask for an extra $100.  As I mentioned before, we had to pay a dry run fee (of $100) to her first driver because the car was not ready to be released on time. Beyond this, the customer was abusive to our staff members and promised me that she "would destroy us" if I did not give her money, which is technically extortion.  Despite delays and drama, we still managed to deliver her car in 2 days as per our contract.
Please click on the following link to review the customers order that clearly states under the terms and conditions, line item 13 (also listed below): https://dl.[redacted].com/u[redacted]
"13. Pick up and delivery times are only estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, traffic, mechanical
problems and other factors. Neither OAT nor the Carrier will be held responsible for rental fees or any accommodation fees."

I had the option to use this company to transport my vehicle across country. The customer service I recieved from orange auto tranport is the worst beware of a person named Tim he claims to be the manager is very rude and will try to out talk you over the phone. They did not come to pick up my vehicle as scheduled. They did not inform me the driver would be 2 days late in picking up my vehicle. Once the driver arrived he was unwilling to perform his duty in loading my vehicle because of a ignition lock which I had given prior notice of and was told it would not be a problem. The driver name [redacted] lied to his supervisor stating my vehicle would not start which was not the case he stated he didnt have time to deal wit my vehicle after 15 minutes he left my vehicle. I must say this is the worst vehicle transport company i've ever had to deal with. They even tried to withhold my deposit. Tim who claims he is the manager is not fit for the position. I strongly urge consumers to avoid this company at all cost.

I was first unaware that I need a power of attorney since I asked the representative if I need one and he said no that it was a simple pick up and drop off. The second time I had the paperwork in long before the pick which I can provide copies of, so the second time I had the paperwork in. The manager of the company is high unprofessional and cursed me out and told me that it wasn't their responiblity to deliver on time, which is laughable at best. If a person scheduled a delivery it's their responiblity to deliver on time or in a timely manner, which they didn't. They did not deliver when they said they would, which I also have paperwork showing they were over a week late. Not a timely manner for less then a days drive. This company has given nothing but excuses. Not to mention the manger said he could charge me an extra hundred bucks for my vehicle not being ready even after what I explained above. Also was never agreed upon or on Their website at the time I placed my order.

The service for transporting my vehicle was excellent. Transporting a pickup 3300 early was great. Truck arrived 5 days early and was clean. I would use Orange Auto Transport again.

Orange provided an efficient and more than outstanding car transportation service from GA to NJ. This was my first experience transporting a car, and I was happily surprised at how easy the process was once I selected Orange as my broker. The rep from Orange, Amanda Evans, was extremely helpful and courteous, although once a driver was assigned there really wasn't much need to speak with her anymore. The driver contacted me every step of the way to keep me updated as to the status of my vehicle. He was not only exceptional with his communication, he arrived one hour earlier than originally expected. I would highly recommend and urge car transporters to use Orange Auto Transport.

I had my car available for pick up on December 1, 2016. They basically stated it would be picked up 7 days after the initial day it was available for pick up. It is now December 20, 2016 and they still have not picked up my car. The manager did call me on a regular basis to let me know they were trying but I still feel that this process took longer than the initial agreement and it wasted my time and money. I ended up making other arrangements for my car that were more reliable because after hearing for a couple of weeks that they were trying their best I was not sure when I would get my car.

[redacted] was the guy who said I had to pay them an extra hundred bucks. I never said I would destroy them. I said I would make sure they were black listed for organizations I work with and not because I demanded money but because they were two weeks late. I cursed only after they repeatedly lie, hung up on me, and demanded more money. I only cursed at Matthew after he told me to fk myself and to call the cops if I wanted my car. Matthew has repeatedly called me demanding I stop my complaint. This company keeps changing their story.

I needed to get a motorcycle shipped from Ohio to Georgia. They picked up the bike the same day I contracted them for the job and it was delivered the next day. The price quoted was far cheaper than the other companies and the delivery time promised was far shorter. I was actually suprised how smooth everything went.
