Buyer Beware Issue #1:  A car I was interested in was listed for $27, When inquiring about the price through their best price guarantee (aka "get the orange price"), I was told it was $20, I called to discuss this price, and was told that it was not accurate and the sale price was $23, I obviously was not ready to hear that the price I was sent was inaccurate and actually $more.  Please note, that after dealing with the dealer more, this feels more like a dishonest scam tactic Issue #2:  I inquired about the car again about a week later to see if it was still available, and was told that it was sold, even though it remained on the website I inquired again and was informed that it actually was not sold So I wanted to proceed to purchase it for $23,350, as previously discussed Issue #3:  When wanting to proceed to purchase the car for $23,350, I was told that the car could not be purchased for this price and the price was $26,(it was recently reduced on the website to this from the original $27,000) and that they were not negotiating on any prices Then, I inquired what the best price would be based on the "get the orange price" link for this car Issue #4:  I inquired about why the "get the orange price" link for the car was not lower than the list price on the website They proceeded to tell me that the best price was the list price on the website If this is true, the "get the orange price" is a scam and does nothing but get your personal information Issue #5:  I was told by the sales manager that they did not want to do business with me because of a review that I had left the dealership as based on my experience thus far I was told that the "review rubbed him the wrong way" and he no longer wanted to sell me the car This is an ineffective business practice, as most businesses will go out of their way to take a bad review and turn it into a good review and satisfied customer Negative reviews are allowed, and it's only good customer service to try to resolve the issue, not make the customer feel badly about expressing their views I would be willing to remove my original bad reviews had this practice been in place, but instead, I was made to feel badly about giving my experience Issue #6:  I remain completely floored at how bad my experience was with this dealer To be honest, I have never had a negative experience with anyone when it comes to purchasing anything There are major customer service issues within this organization I wish I would have read other reviews before trying to do business with this dealer I would have found that they do indeed lie about prices to get the customer into their showroom This is completely unethical and makes we wonder how deep this dishonesty actually runs within this company Issue #7:  I did not purchase the car that I really wanted because I could no longer deal with this dealership from both a personal and professional standpoint I really wish MrRaj L [redacted] the owner, knew how many issues his dealership actually has If this many issues are present and visible from a consumer level, there must be many more behind closed doors I would hope that the owner and those higher up in the company would be as appalled as I am

Buyer Beware.

Issue #1:  A car I was interested in was listed for $27,000.  When inquiring about the price through their best price guarantee (aka "get the orange price"), I was told it was $20,350.  I called to discuss this price, and was told that it was not accurate and the sale price was $23,350.  I obviously was not ready to hear that the price I was sent was inaccurate and actually $3000 more.  Please note, that after dealing with the dealer more, this feels more like a dishonest scam tactic.

Issue #2:  I inquired about the car again about a week later to see if it was still available, and was told that it was sold, even though it remained on the website.  I inquired again and was informed that it actually was not sold.  So I wanted to proceed to purchase it for $23,350, as previously discussed.

Issue #3:  When wanting to proceed to purchase the car for $23,350, I was told that the car could not be purchased for this price and the price was $26,799 (it was recently reduced on the website to this from the original $27,000) and that they were not negotiating on any prices.  Then, I inquired what the best price would be based on the "get the orange price" link for this car.

Issue #4:  I inquired about why the "get the orange price" link for the car was not lower than the list price on the website.  They proceeded to tell me that the best price was the list price on the website.  If this is true, the "get the orange price" is a scam and does nothing but get your personal information.

Issue #5:  I was told by the sales manager that they did not want to do business with me because of a review that I had left the dealership as based on my experience thus far.  I was told that the "review rubbed him the wrong way" and he no longer wanted to sell me the car.  This is an ineffective business practice, as most businesses will go out of their way to take a bad review and turn it into a good review and satisfied customer. Negative reviews are allowed, and it's only good customer service to try to resolve the issue, not make the customer feel badly about expressing their views.  I would be willing to remove my original bad reviews had this practice been in place, but instead, I was made to feel badly about giving my experience.

Issue #6:  I remain completely floored at how bad my experience was with this dealer.  To be honest, I have never had a negative experience with anyone when it comes to purchasing anything.  There are major customer service issues within this organization.  I wish I would have read other reviews before trying to do business with this dealer.  I would have found that they do indeed lie about prices to get the customer into their showroom.  This is completely unethical and makes we wonder how deep this dishonesty actually runs within this company.

Issue #7:  I did not purchase the car that I really wanted because I could no longer deal with this dealership from both a personal and professional standpoint.

I really wish Mr. Raj L[redacted] the owner, knew how many issues his dealership actually has. If this many issues are present and visible from a consumer level, there must be many more behind closed doors.  I would hope that the owner and those higher up in the company would be as appalled as I am.
