ID: [redacted]We have never “forced” any patients to purchase any treatment or product. All patients were given a patient packet which included our office policy on durable medical equipments. We have posted sign in our office stating our policy. This patient was given the packet and signed the form....

This patient agreed to purchase the product, cam boot. This patient also ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes. These shoes were not in stock. We placed an order for her. Patient called a few days later, wanting to return her purchases. We explained our return policy. We agreed to cancel her order of the orthopedic shoes, thus no charge will be made. However, we explained to patient in details that we can not take back a worn cam boot. Patient then stated to our office staff that she already called the Revdex.com and she also already called her credit card company to refute the charges. We have received a chargeback notice from our merchant services for her refuted charges. For courtesy, we made an exception for her and have no rebutted her chargeback. We have made multiple attempts to work this out with this patient.
